Shisha Server
Job Description
As a Shisha Man you are responsible to provide basic support and service task to the highest possible customer satisfaction and your role will include key responsibilities such as:
oEnsure that the service to the guest is as per standards in order to maximize guest satisfaction and company profit
oInteract positively and professionally with guest, colleagues and other departments as appropriate and required
oWelcome guests on arrival and help to seat them
oRecommend and suggest specialties to guest and up sell whenever possible
oTake order from guests, and follow through service in compliance with standards, clearing and resetting tables once the guests have finished
oCollect supplies from store and ensure all side stations are correctly stocked, tidy and clean
oReport any breakage to Superiors
oAttend all regular departmental briefings and contribute to an open communication within the assigned team
oBe familiar with the company's internal policies and safety procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,600.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
* UAE Shisha Server: 1 year (Preferred)
