Shisha Sales Manager - Kuwait

What this position is about - Purpose:

In this position, you will lead and develop Nakhla business operations across all channels in Kuwait. With full ownership of total Market performance, the share of market growth and ensuring effective & efficient execution of sales activations and programs. The role holder will ensure the fulfilment of the annual volume targets, apply internal policies, procedures and code of conduct while ensuring on-the-job training and development for the distributors' teams and will hold strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate the performance facts and figures to the team, to ensure a high paced operation with a positive mindset and forward momentum.

What will you do - Responsibilities:

. Have full ownership and responsibility for achieving and setting objectives of volume and SoM growth within the Market . Ensure optimal coverage in the markets per each channel . Manage the allocated budget, set clear KPIs and objectives per activity . Plan the way forward to ensure the utilization of the full potential in markets through enhancing distribution efficiency and maximizing offtake . Monitor and ensure a positive growth trend in SoM . Monitor and accurately report the distributors' daily sales call reports . Participate in the company cycle plans (SPC, A&SP) . Complete responsibility for managing the business through the distributor . Optimize product distribution, inventory levels and space allocation . Ensure the development of the distributor team through training and tools provided by JTI . Set parameters and goals for the distributors' sales team pertaining to; Sales volumes, distribution, trade programs, and visibility . Develop reporting tools and utilize them effectively to develop the business . Identify areas of development to improve RTM coverage and enhance efficiency . Track and monitor all competition activities and market updates, including RRSP compliance, brand launches, trade programs & activations . Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, including proper submission of proof of performance . Hold solid knowledge of consumer segmentation in order to ensure accurate on-ground implementations across different customer segments, channels and areas and supervision . Ensure efficient brand reach and growing trends of both awareness and SoM . Set proper forecast per SKW to ensure optimal stock coverage at the distributors level . Ensure proper alignment with various stakeholders, clear business case presentation and submission of post-activity assessment

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

University degree 7+ years of Sales team management in the FMCG industry in Kuwait High level of Arabic and English PC literacy
