Sales Manager will direct and oversee our organization\'s sales policies, objectives and initiatives, set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs. Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. He will successfully tap needs & desires of potential clients & convert them into satisfied customers. Duties and Responsibilities:
Maximize volume and revenue in a defined geography.
Provide leadership to management and frontline employees with varying job responsibilities including logistics, distribution and customer service.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution.
Maintain high levels of execution through efficient route sales and delivery, customer orders, productivity attainment, analysis and effective staffing.
Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance.
Effectively lead overall warehouse operations through consistent product availability, warehouse productivity, inventory, asset preservation and cost reduction efforts
Develop the organization by managing performance and developing individual capability.
Ensure the team delivers volume and revenue results while managing costs.
Qualification:
Master\xe2\x80\x99s in business administration
2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Sales preferably in Logistics & SCM Industry
Willing to travel & work flexible.
Must be fluent in English with basic knowledge of Arabic language.
Knowledge of KUWAIT geography & its customs & traditions
