We are a premium lounge offering high-end hospitality, elegant ambiance, and world-class service. To elevate our guest experience, we are looking for a skilled and professional Shisha Man who is experienced in preparing and serving quality shisha in a refined, upscale environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality shisha to guests, ensuring proper heat management and presentation
Offer a variety of flavors and combinations based on guest preferences
Maintain and clean all shisha equipment regularly, following hygiene and safety standards
Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
Explain flavor options, make recommendations, and handle special requests
Monitor guest satisfaction and replace or adjust shisha as needed
Support lounge staff in maintaining a smooth, luxury experience for all customers
Follow venue policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic & Russian language is a plus
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Shisha Man in a lounge, bar, or luxury hospitality setting
Deep knowledge of shisha flavors, heat control, and proper cleaning techniques
Professional appearance, respectful demeanor, and strong communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, high-end environment
Punctual, reliable, and committed to exceptional guest service
Willingness to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
