Job Description
We are hiring Shipping Executive (Import/Export) with minimum 5-8 years\xe2\x80\x99 Experience in Shipping & Logistics management and with proven experience in the same role in a FMCG environment. Shall hold relevant qualifications and systems training associated with successful distribution in shipping and logistics management. Proficient in standard logistics software and systems and with strong working knowledge of MS Office applications (excel, word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Salary AED 4000 - 4500 plus food, accommodation and transport Work Location : Ras al khaimah JOB DESCRIPTION Work closely with the Shipping and Logistics Executive as well as the coordination with the Shipping and Logistics Assistant Manager on dayto-day operational activities related to shipping activities. Ensure accurate and timely processes of all orders with efficiency while maintaining all company policies and procedures, custom clearance, freight forwarders and the required compliance.
- Provide daily and regular support with shipping and logistics related documents.
- Export Pre-Shipment documentation and customs process and communicating with shipping line and arrange as per loading plan.
- Export Post-Shipment documentation and co-ordination with various department and authorities.
- Apply documents in online portals \xe2\x80\x93 CO, Phyto and BL.
- Import Follow-up with shipping and logistics executive and update import schedule on daily basis. Follow-up with shipping and logistics executive for Delivery Schedule updates of Tea and Raw materials from agent and arrange deliveries.
