Shipping Executive

Job Description
A fresher or recent graduate is required for the role of Shipping Executive in Dubai. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the ship
- Monitor the movements of the ship and cargo handling
- Plan and coordinate the administrative activities to ensure accurate results in all aspects of shipping
- Confirm all shipping deadlines are met on time
- Provide safety advise to vessels and fleet management on cargo requirements, tank cleaning, stability and stress and maintain all statutory requirements for the vessel
- Ensure compliance of the fright forwarding processes with the company rules and laws
- Ensure key performance indicators are reported and followed up
- Supervise foreign purchases invoice certification reception, Freight Forwarding banking activities, import duties and shipping payments
- Fresher or recent graduates only
- Bachelors/Diploma or certification in logistics/shipping will be a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Interest to learn new things.
- Do you accept monthly salary of AED 2000?
