Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with ship owners, charterers, and other industry professionals
- Identify potential business opportunities and negotiate chartering contracts
- Analyze market trends and provide market intelligence to clients
- Manage the entire chartering process from initial contact to post-fixture follow-up
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals and targets
- Participate in industry events and conferences to expand network and knowledge
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Maritime or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in ship brokering or tanker brokering
- Strong understanding of the dry cargo market and industry trends
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
