We are seeking a highly skilled and commercially driven
Shipbroker
with proven experience in the UAE maritime market to join our growing team
immediately
. The ideal candidate will bring an established network, deep market understanding, and a proactive approach to deal-making across dry bulk, tanker, offshore, or S&P segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle chartering (spot/time) or S&P transactions end-to-end
Develop and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, charterers, and operators
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
Negotiate freight rates, charter parties, and contractual terms
Coordinate closely with operations and post-fixture teams
Provide regular updates on market conditions and vessel positions
Requirements:
Minimum
3-5+ years of shipbroking experience
in the UAE
Solid client base and active network within the maritime industry
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and close deals under tight timelines
Fluent in English
Must be available to join immediately
