We are looking for a dynamic and client-oriented Ship Agency Executive to join our team and represent IMGS with professionalism and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for vessel owners, charterers, and clients. Coordinate port calls, including vessel arrival, berthing, and departure formalities. Liaise with port authorities, customs, immigration, and terminal operators. Ensure accurate and timely documentation for vessel and cargo handling. Provide daily updates and operational reports to principals and clients. Address client queries and manage service delivery expectations. Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth. Handle financial matters related to disbursement accounts, invoices, and payments. Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Business, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in ship agency, shipping operations, or port logistics. Strong client-facing and communication skills (verbal & written). Knowledge of port operations, shipping documentation, and regulatory requirements. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with shipping systems is an advantage. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
