Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Leadership and Guidance:?

- To support the shift Senior Mechanic?& sub-contractors?and participate in maintenance related?activities given by the shift supervisor.?

Optimize Production Management:??

- To execute all scheduled (day-to-day, preventive) maintenance, corrective maintenance and major repairs of the equipments in order to optimize production & minimize plant down time with quality in maintenance related development for defined standards.??

Control Trouble Shooting:??

- Responsible for trouble shooting during breakdowns/ failure?of mechanical?equipment\xe2\x80\x99s?and provide the?technical guidance?to find out the root cause for corrective actions and give the advice to the shift supervisor.?

Monitoring & Inspecting:??

- Inspection of equipments to meet engineering principles and safety regulations in ensuring quality of maintenance related development to meet defined standards.

Expertise?Coalition:??

- To assist and help the?Shift?senior mechanic?in all?field activities?to ensure smooth maintenance of the DR Plant for uninterrupted production.?

Overseeing Standards:??

- Follow mechanical maintenance standards for all equipment in the DR Plant and the OEM recommendation for maintaining the equipment.?

Policies and Procedures Implementation:?

- To?follow the?safety, quality, health and environmental management policies, procedures applicable?for quality?of mechanical maintenance in DR Plant

I.T.I Technical certificate

Professional Experience (Must haves)

Experience in process plants.

Key Performance Indicators

- Manage?personnel Health, Safety and Environment?for Zero accidents to be incurred.?

- Report the outcome after the troubleshooting introducing the root cause and the action plan to avoid the repeated breakdown within?two working?days?after corrective action had been taken.?

- Daily?inspection report for the plant with the performance comments.??

- Assist the?shift?senior mechanic?to organize the resources in terms of manpower, spare parts and services?during breakdowns.?

- Execute all field activities assigned by the supervisor and senior technician including the?preventive, corrective?maintenance with?quality, health?and according?to the environmental management policies.?

- Daily inspection of the DRP related assists and trouble shoot any abnormalities.
