JOB DESCRIPTION :
- 7 years and above and above experience in Direct Reduction Plant Mechanical Maintenance as senior mechanic
- Manage personnel Health, Safety and Environment for Zero accidents to be incurred.
- Report the outcome after the troubleshooting introducing the root cause and the action plan to avoid the repeated breakdown within two working days after corrective action had been taken.
- Daily inspection report for the plant with the performance comments.
- Assist the shift supervisor to organize the resources in terms of manpower, spare parts and services during breakdowns.
- Lead a group of Technician & sub-contractors.
