Job Description
We are Brand Options Advertising LLC Dubai. One of the leading companies in branding and visual merchandising sector of UAE & GCC. Sheet metal workers fabricate, assemble, install and repair sheet metal products \xe2\x80\x93 from furnaces and ventilating systems to all sheet metal products. Responsibilities:
- Ability to complete sheet metal projects with accuracy and precision.
- Ability to safely use machinery and tools involved in sheet metal work.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics to understand product assignment.
- Should have measured and marking out cutting and bending lines.
- Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints.
- Constructing base templates if necessary.
- Measuring and marking out cutting and bending lines.
- Setting up metalwork machinery including rollers, drill presses, flame cutters, brakes, and shears.
- Double-checking design specifications before commencing with cutting work.
- Fabricating and constructing metal components.
- Grinding and finishing completed products.
- Performing quality checks on completed products.
- Conforming with state and company safety regulations.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in mechanical engineering or any related field
- Previous work experience as a metal fabricator will be preferred.
- AWS certification and advanced welding experience.
- Advanced knowledge of engineering design and manufacturing procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints.
- Proficiency with metal fabrication tools including shears, rollers, flame cutters, and drill presses.
- Advanced mathematical and engineering skills.
- Ability to lift and manipulate large metal objects.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ras Al Khor: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
