Job Title: ServiceNow Analytics & Visualization Developer Location: Dubai Job Reference: SM90 Type: Permanent Close Date: 19/05/2025 Summary: We are currently working with a government entity based in Abu Dhabi that is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Analytics & Visualization Developer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining insightful dashboards and reports within the ServiceNow platform. This role plays a key part in supporting data-driven decision-making by delivering accurate visualizations and collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure reporting solutions align with organizational needs Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop reports and dashboards using ServiceNow native reporting and Performance Analytics - Analyze data to identify trends and create user-friendly visualizations for business use - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver tailored solutions - Validate and troubleshoot reports to ensure accuracy and performance - Drive continuous improvement by automating reporting tasks and exploring new features in ServiceNow - Maintain clear documentation and provide end-user support and training - Ensure data compliance and apply role-based access controls to secure sensitive information Requirements: - BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field - Minimum 3 years of experience in reporting and dashboard development, including 2+ years on ServiceNow - Proficient in ServiceNow reporting tools (Performance Analytics, List Reports, Report Designer) - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - ServiceNow CSA certification preferred; ITIL Foundation is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
