Job Title: Service Technician - Swimming Pool Equipment

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to handle the repair, maintenance, and commissioning of swimming pool equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all pool-related mechanical and electrical systems function efficiently and safely. This role involves fieldwork across residential, commercial, and hospitality sector sites throughout the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair swimming pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, UV systems, dosing systems, and control panels. Install and commission new pool equipment as per manufacturer guidelines and project specifications. Perform routine preventive maintenance on pool systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Conduct water quality testing and adjust chemical levels as required. Respond promptly to service calls and complete assigned jobs efficiently and professionally. Maintain service logs, checklists, and reports for each site visit. Ensure all work complies with UAE health and safety standards and client specifications. Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding proper use and maintenance of equipment. Coordinate with office team for spare parts and scheduling.

Qualification Requirements:

Education & Certifications:

Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing (MEP) Engineering or a related technical field. Technical education with Electrical background.

Experience:

Expertise in handling the electrical equipment's. Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Electrical equipment servicing, repairs, and commissioning. Experience in swimming pool equipment's services will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities. Good understanding of electrical and plumbing systems related to pool operations. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and installation drawings. Good communication skills in English. Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor conditions, especially in summer. Professional, punctual, and customer-service oriented.
