Job Description

Key Responsibilities of a HIAB Mechanic:

Service and Maintenance:


Performing routine and specialized maintenance on Hiab equipment, including preventative maintenance, safety checks, and repairs.

Troubleshooting and Repair:


Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on Hiab equipment.

Preventative Maintenance:


Implementing preventative maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of Hiab equipment.

Parts Management:


Managing and tracking spare parts, ensuring proper storage and traceability.

Record Keeping:


Maintaining accurate records of all service and repair activities.

Safety Compliance:


Adhering to all safety regulations and standards during repairs and maintenance.

Work in a field setting:

Traveling to customer sites to perform repairs and maintenance.
Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, including knowledge of hydraulic systems and various Hiab equipment models.

Diagnostic Skills:

Ability to diagnose mechanical faults and determine required repairs using diagnostic equipment.

Problem-solving Skills:

Ability to identify and resolve mechanical problems effectively.

Communication Skills:

Ability to communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and other mechanics.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month

Experience:

HIAB Crane Technician: 2 years (Required)
