Troubleshooting and Repair:
Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on HIAB equipment.
Preventive Maintenance:
Implement preventive maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of HIAB equipment.
Parts Management:
Manage and track spare parts, ensuring proper storage and traceability.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of all service and repair activities.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety regulations and standards during repairs and maintenance.
Work in a Field Setting:
Travel to customer sites to perform repairs and maintenance.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of similar experience.
Technical Skills:
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, including knowledge of hydraulic systems and various HIAB equipment models.
Diagnostic Skills:
Ability to diagnose mechanical faults and determine required repairs using diagnostic equipment.
Problem-solving Skills:
Ability to identify and resolve mechanical problems effectively.
Communication Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and other mechanics.
