To carry out installation, repair, and maintenance of Sanford products, ensuring timely customer service and technical support across assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain Sanford products (electronics/home appliances).
Attend customer service calls promptly and professionally.
Complete and record a minimum of 600 service works per month to qualify for incentives.
Maintain accurate logs and service reports.
Handle tools, equipment, and spare parts responsibly.
Follow safety protocols during service work.
Coordinate with customer care and logistics for parts and scheduling.
Be available for travel to Oman or Saudi Arabia if assigned.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
