This position is responsible to deliver such service to client by operating company's equipment on client's rig location in safety and timely manner.
Minimum Qualifications / SKILLS
Experience : Minimum 2 year' experience in oil and gas industry

BEHAVIORAL COMPENTENCIES
Educational : High School or Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferably from Engineering
TECHNICAL COMPENTENCIES
Has knowledge in Tubular Running equipment especially ability to disassembling and assembling as per service manual.
Ability to communicate with people at all levels, good interpersonal and relationship building
Excellent attitude of teamwork and respect all time establishing good relationship with co-workers and Technicians
DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
The employee is responsible for performing duties in accordance with the company's policies, procedures, and quality objectives
The employee has the necessary authority to make decisions within their scope of work and escalate issues as needed and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure operational effectiveness.
The employee is accountable for the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of their work, as well as for reporting any nonconformities or risks that may impact quality, legal compliances, safety, environment, or customer satisfaction.
Support and participate on achieving organizational QHSE objectives.
Other duties may be assigned
Safely run casing and tubing with electric, hydraulic or air operated equipment, handle power tong, hydraulic power unit, Casing Drive System, manual tong, fill up tool, spider and elevator, etc.
Perform testing, rig-up, operating and rig-down casing running tools in safety manner
Check, test, maintain and clean equipment on board until the job start and after the job finish
Run function test of equipment and tools under supervision prior job on rig
Take an inventory of the casing equipment and parts on field
Record administration work, report "Near Miss", "Incident reports" or "8 minimum points" as requested
Participate to any safety, daily meeting on rig and participate to clients' "Stop Card" program
Perform maintenance / trouble shooting to Torque Turn / TS equipment during job (e.g. calibration, cable repairing, etc.) quickly to minimize NPT
Act as supervisor when crew supervisor is not present/on duty
Support and participate on achieving organizational QHSE objectives.
