Service Specialist - Customer Service Management

Our Artificial Lift product line is a vital player in this Oil & Gas industry. Partner with the best As a Service Specialist, you will be responsible for tickets and invoices preparation. Work with OPS team in order to finalize financial calculations for and monthly revenue supporting documents. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
  • Acting as point of contact to between company and customers for invoicing process
  • Establishing and maintaining up to cash billing and collection process
  • Working together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards achieving company goals
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelor\'s degree or a high school diploma
  • Have at least 3 years of experience
  • Have an experience in Tickets and invoicing preparations
  • Have experience in lease contracts is a plus
