Job Description

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required (Mechanical or Environmental Sciences)
• 3 years experience in sales and/or after sales service of equipment
• Good knowledge of electro-mechanical equipment in the field of water and wastewater treatment
• Very good Customer and sales relation management.

Skills:

• Strong mechanical technical knowledge.
• Ability to identify potential leads & close out orders.
• Ability to identify and utilize resources and display strong ownership skills
• Ability to accomplish multiple goals and perform delivering expected results
• Ability to quickly assess new situations, prioritizes critical tasks and negotiate potential deals.
• Very good oral and written English skills absolutely required, additional languages skills are an advantage, especially in Arabic and German.
• Having a working experience in UAE and other GCC/ North African region.
• UAE Driving license is mandatory.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

• Review & assess potential opportunities, generate leads, prepare quotations & close out orders.
• Actively lead the sales effort to drive growth for the assigned products.
• Manages sales forecasting activities and contributes to the setting of performance goals accordingly.
• Establish & maintain relations with all principles managing and monitoring the sales to the end user.
• Develop technical knowledge to represent principals & products to client and end users.
• Providing the key after sales linkages between the existing customer base and the infrastructure enabling the sales & service work to occur efficiently.
• Carryout on site testing, commissioning and training works in an effective and professional manner.
• Preparing growth-oriented sales plans using company tools. Implementing the sales plan and performing regular status reviews and propose recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.
• Source new agreements with principals as required, Prepare and follow up technical and commercial offers.
• Prepapre and follow up documentation etc, as per company ISO Standards.
