Service Sales Engineer - Core Sales

ARABIC SPEAKING MANDATORY

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieving budget plan provided and support team to achieve the same.
• Develop new accounts for service business, get pull through business.
• Maintain customer relationship & Manage Major accounts.
• Focus on AMC, rectification quotes, and upgrades & replacement solutions with energy

efficiency initiatives.

• Carrying out energy audits with energy engineer at AMC sites for optimizations.
• Understand customer requirements and prepare comprehensive commercial proposals.
• You will assist in the development of service business and provide market feedback
• Track sales budgets weekly & monthly and review the progress and short fall recovery.

Job Requirements:
Experience & Knowledge:

• Work on systems, different CRMs, spares / component identification tools.
• Develop business in spare parts, consumables and generic products.
• Generate computerized inspection report for customer submission.
• Candidate should be able to assess existing installed product of different make at the site,

consolidate BOQ, estimate maintenance & energy solutions based on company guidelines.

• Experience with HVAC manufacturers will be an advantage.

Education:

• Engineering Degree / Diploma with Mechanical or Electrical

Skills:

• Knowledge of HVAC, heat load for residential / mini commercial building.
• Knowledge and Experience of Chiller maintenance program, BMS, AHU and VRF system.
• Well versed with computer & usage of excel, words and power points
• Able to generate qualitative report towards customer and management
• Customer Handling, Verbal & written communication skills are mandatory

Preferred:

• With relatively four years' experience in local market.
• Should be equipped with driving license and easy to move around as needed

KPIs

• Maintenance, repairs, energy upgrades & unit replacements are the targets in term of

enquiry generation, booking & invoicing.
