has partnered with a leading Manufacturing company who are hiring a Service Sales Engineer to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Develop service sales opportunities by identifying customer needs and engineering solutions across pumping systems and retrofit projects.
• Promote and sell after-sales service packages, spare parts, and energy-efficient retrofit solutions.
• Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations to secure service and retrofit contracts.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, building rapport with clients, consultants, dealers, and contractors.
• Liaise with internal teams (Logistics, Production, and Service) to ensure timely product modifications, delivery, installation, and commissioning.
• Provide technical expertise and advice on pumps, system performance, and retrofit/energy solutions.
• Monitor local market trends and align activities with the Group's global service strategy.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5-7 years' experience in pump service sales, aftermarket solutions, or retrofit projects within UAE or KSA.
• Strong knowledge of pumping systems, applications, and service processes.
• Proven experience with retrofit, energy efficiency, and modernization projects.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
