- Ability to understand and maintain gross margin as per business requirements.

- Determine needs, develop and execute an account or opportunity specific business plan to identify the long term,
- Ability to add new clients while retaining and growing existing client accounts.
- Convert leads into potential solutions by qualifying, applying the appropriate sales process, identifying the required
- Being a good team player and keen to upgrade knowledge as per evolving product development and market needs and
- Gather and validate preliminary information via on-line research, social media platforms (LinkedIn), networking, facility
- Ability to promote service sales business on social media platforms to reach out to key clients and develop them from
- Responsible for proposal development, pricing and selling strategy for HVAC AMC ,Spares & Repair Services of System /
- Assist customers in answering technical questions on HVAC systems, operation, maintenance, and problem resolution.
- Coordinate with Client / Consultant / Main Contractor for site works.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Working knowledge on Oracle / SAP system.
- Working knowledge of Chilled Water, VRV, DX, MEP System / Equipments.
- Understanding knowledge on Centrifugal / Screw / Recip. Compressors for HVAC.
- Understanding knowledge on Cooling Towers / Evaporative Condensers for HVAC.
- Experience on major brands like Daikin, Carrier, Trane, Baltimore, Marley, Bitzer, Copeland, Guntner, Alfa Laval, etc.
- BE with 7 \xe2\x80\x93 9 years of experience / Diploma (3 years) with 10 - 12 years of experience relevant to this role.
- Age below 35 Years.
- Should have prior experience in Sales and Service operations with on-field knowledge on services of Chillers & Cooling
- With valid Oman / GCC driving license.
- Muscat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Waiter: 1 year (Preferred)
