Job Objectives:


The Service Supervisor's primary objective is to supervise the day-to-day operations of all Service work and to more efficiently manage his/her organization. Directly assign daily activities on all service work and projects. Monitor staffing requirements. Coordinate with the designated Parts and Machine Shop personnel to ensure that necessary parts, machine work, services and outside services/vendors are on hand or complete in order to meet the time frame allocated by our Customers requirements.


Responsibilities and duties:

Work directly with the dispatcher in organizing the daily service calls and installations and ensuring a solid working team. Need to have an understanding the how the service & maintenance process works Assess and estimate costs for Service work jobs. Review work sheets for service work performed before being sent to customers to ensure accuracy and quality work. The Service Supervisor will keep all the contracts for the customers up to date and also track and follow up on sales leads Perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate Supervisor/Manager. Organize & assign daily tasks to team of Technicians & Engineers. Offer technical assistance to clients and subordinates. Prepare & submit technical reports for clients and internal departments

Qualifications:


Associate/Bachelors Degree in Engineering or any related course


Years of Experience:


Minimum of 2 years related experience in supervision * Minimum 8 years of experience in refrigeration
