Commissioning, Pre commissioning, Maintenance Troubleshoot, Servicing, Overhauling of Compressor (Rotary + Reciprocating +Booster+ High pressure compressor + Dryer + Downstream equipment ) in terms of mechanical, electrical as well as instrument side. Service And Aftermarket Experience in multi brands compressors (Atlas Copco, IR ,Hertz , Boge , Elgi , Kaeser , CP) Dealing with customer AMC, Package care contract, rate contract, rental contract, invoicing / follow up payment for same. Auto Cad (2D & 3D) Designing and drafting of Installation layout, Compressed air System and Compressed Air network. Pressure drop calculation for compressed air piping Network. Looking into spare parts stock maintains activity on time to time. Providing consultation for old machine repair (Rebuilt Air end & refurnish whole package) and sending estimation for Machine Parts. Distributor support for resolve the trouble in compressor by telephonic consultation or visit at site with them. Performed the SPM Test for airend & Megger test for Motor. Performed Compressed Air Audit (Complete real time data and efficiency analysis) Prepare and submitting of Air Audit report and compare in terms of Efficiency, Flow, power, cost ,TCO & ROI Carry out Air Dryer dew point analysis. Mapping of Machine population and service activities. Co-ordination on various level internally & externally to get the require work done on time. Explore the new business opportunities such as upgrades. Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required. Frequent travel with some overnight travel. Able to read wiring schematics and diagrams for all equipment. Documents service and installation activities by completing work orders for each job, maintenance checklist and daily time sheets. Maintain report with customers by addressing complaints, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and techniques and recommending system improvements. Works with Service Coordinator on ordering and gathering parts and supplies necessary to complete installations and repairs. Daily travel to customer sites, occasional overtime, and sporadic on-call emergency service is required to meet customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs. Motivate customers for upgrades, AMC, Audit and major overhauling service and find business opportunity for capital machinery and supporting products.
