As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure that we maximize short and long-term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunities. You\'ll oversee the on-time delivery, contract adherence and payment for our offshore customers. In this dynamic role, you\'ll coordinate job activities across organizational boundaries, ensuring delivery to our customers.

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Executing the HSE 5 fundamentals every day, every job, every task
• Being the primary contact for client for job preparation, execution, and closeout, and as such, will manage the relationship to ensure business success for Baker Hughes
• Sitting in-house full-time at customer office when contractually obligated
• Reviewing customer objectives and requirements
• Ensuring alignment of equipment resources for jobs and activities with the required assets, critical spare, and components
• Conducting job briefing during planning and debriefing after closing for every job/activity
• Coordinating the required job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure that the execution of the job is in line with customer and Baker Hughes\xe2\x80\x99 requirements
• Monitoring and managing incidents and unplanned changes during execution
• Reporting incidents and manage communication with customers and internally
• Managing the process for Management of Change (MOC) approval/escalation to ensure that the proper process is followed
• Using Job Center as the main plan and execution tool for all job/activities and compliance with intelligent Manage the Job Cycle (iMtJC)
• Managing personnel resource plan, forecast, and assignation
• Managing competence, training, and development for field personnel

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor\'s degree of Engineering.
• Have at least 5 years of experience of Technical background in Artificial Lift, ESP or Completions.
• Be able to travel within MENATI Region and adopt to various time zones as needed.
• Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Demonstrate Excellent project management skills and MS Office
• Excellent skills in MS Office
• Have an excellent operational background.
