Partner with the best This role ensures that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs. You will be responsible for: Coordinating the required job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure that the organization executes the job in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions Control all Tubular Running Services (TRS) operations in the UAE, and implement aggressively business growth strategies Protecting the health and safety of our personnel and the environment. Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon Scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements Being the primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out, and as such, will manage the relationship to ensure business success Responding promptly to escalation of issues that can impact service delivery Ensuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash Developing and maintaining effective customer relationships

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have 10+ years of experience, within Oil and Gas field, Pressure Pumping, and TRS Have the ability to analyze the P&L and take actions to improve the financial performance of the Business Unit Have experience in team management (mentoring & coaching team members) Have the ability to communicate with & manage stakeholders (internal & external)
