smart, organized, and detail-oriented female Service Coordinator & Office Administrator
to join our Dubai office (
Location:
Al Rashidiya, Dubai) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily service operations, maintaining job records, and supporting the service team with administrative and scheduling tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and assign service calls to technicians
Maintain service logs, job sheets, and work orders
Follow up with clients for job updates and feedback
Prepare quotations, invoices, and reports as required
Handle calls, emails, and communication between office and field teams
Maintain proper filing and documentation of service jobs
Support daily office operations and basic accounting entries
Requirements:
Female candidates only (under spouse visa)
Proficiency in MS Excel & Word
Good communication and coordination skills
Fluent in English, Hindi
Prior experience in service coordination or office administration preferred
Organized, punctual, and able to multitask efficiently
Salary:
AED 2,500 per month
