Job Opening: Sales Coordinator - Wastewater Treatment (

Location: SAIFZONE, Sharjah

Industry: Wastewater Treatment

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar sales coordination role

Language Preference: Tagalog-speaking candidates preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to manage customer inquiries, quotations, and project updates.

Prepare and manage all sales-related documentation including proposals, contracts, reports, and correspondence using MS Office tools.

Maintain and regularly update client databases and CRM systems.

Assist in preparing tenders and project bids specific to wastewater treatment systems and services.

Liaise with procurement, logistics, and service departments to ensure timely delivery and project fulfillment.

Follow up with clients regarding quotations, payments, documentation, and feedback.

Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team.

Organize and schedule client meetings, technical presentations, and sales follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales coordination role.

Prior experience in the wastewater treatment industry or industrial equipment sales is an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) is essential.

Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
