In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Drive efficiency and productivity within the field service organization while delivering an outstanding customer service experience for all customers
Achieve and maintain a positive rapport with customers and Channel Partners in order to update them of their critical job status within specific timeframes
Create work order and cases and ensure timely dispatch of field service engineers for preventative maintenance, installations, and emergency calls while prioritizing the work as appropriate in any given day
Assist with the closure of service jobs, as needed, in order to invoice customers and channel partners in a timely manner
Drive the quote to cash process for service part and work, which includes preparing and dispatching quotation, Order Entry, Invoicing and payment coordination
Use Oracle to retrieve and update customer and other installed base information, inventory availability, part order status, all work order updates, and to make changes as required
Coordinate spare part dispatch/coordination related information locally by working with global supply chain and customer services team
Maintain up to date information of the channel partner in terms of training requirement, installation base and adherence to compliance requirements
Drive CP and end-customer survey to collect necessary Gemba information and use data analytics and drive continuous improvement in customer experience
The essential requirements of the job include:
Undergraduate degree with 4+ years relevant experience in customer service/coordination role
Oral and Written Communication Skills in English, and functional knowledge of Turkish and Arabic
Exhibit strong leadership capabilities with the aptitude to achieve results within a work team
Highly effective and demonstrated Time Management and Personal Organization.
Familiarity with standard IT Tools (Windows, MS Office)
Knowledge of Oracle is preferable although not required
Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, ever changing team environment
Excellent communication skills to include demonstrated professional, conflict management, and persuasion skills
Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
Demonstrated strong attention to detail while multi-tasking to achieve quality timely completions of tasks
