We are currently seeking a Service leader based out of Dubai, UAE to take charge of MENA and Turkey region who will be responsible for

Engaging all available resources, collaborate with internal and external teams (Channel Partner), and functional teams (Sales, Logistics etc.) that can make significant impact to the organization's results. Drive Growth (service P &L) by leveraging the existing and upcoming installed base and by designing, planning & adopting innovative approach where needed in each of the sub regions/countries Strive to attain highest level of customer satisfaction across products and countries Partner with METAI service leader on critical areas which shall align with global service strategy Deploy applicable global or Regional (METAI) projects/programs/initiatives in the region

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Meeting and exceeding the customer Engagement/ Satisfaction level

Meeting and exceeding the Associate Engagement level

Meeting and exceeding the P&L related KPI's (Service revenue, Contract revenue)

On time completion of key service operation KPI's like MOD, PM's, Service effectivity.

Be vigilant on Cost saving opportunities and deploy needed measures

Meet and exceed the Operating profit targets for the region

Drive areas like Attachment rate improvement and Service referral leads as per set targets

The required qualifications for the job include:

Graduate in Engineering or Technology; Management credentials could be an advantage

Overall Industry Experience of 10 years or more which should include Service leadership Experience of 5 years or more at National/regional level

Hands on experience on CRM tools.

Proven track record of delivering (P&L) growth in last 5 years

Proven track-record of people leadership skills (Attrition, Engagement level)

A track record of deploying KPI improvement (e.g., quality, efficiency etc.) through adoption of appropriate tools and techniques (ego; DBS, Six-Sigma)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Working in a similar region and Environment and familiar with such local cultures.

Coaching & Mentoring (people development) credentials

Have knowledge and experience in Life Sciences Industry

This role is on hybrid model.
