You will ensure customer requests are handled quickly and professionally, all while providing world-class customer service. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries about our products and services, processing orders, and troubleshooting customer concerns in a timely and accurate manner. Utilizing excellent communication and problem-solving skills, you will be a key player in delivering our mission for unbeatable customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop effective working relationships with customers ensuring all inquiries are handled timely and professionally
Serve as the main point of contact to answer customer inquiries, process orders, and troubleshoot any issues or customer concerns
Research information needed to respond customer inquiries and offer helpful suggestions or solutions
Utilize knowledge of products to respond to customer inquiries and recommend product upgrades
Support the customer service team by performing administrative duties and tasks as needed
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with product services
Qualifications:
2 - 3 years of experience in customer service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional customer service mindset and problem-solving skills
Computer literate and proficient in using office programs
Able to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
