IIQAF and become part of an innovative customer service team! As a Service Center Staff, you will provide critically important customer experience and engagement support for our customers. You will ensure customer requests are handled quickly and professionally, all while providing world-class customer service. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries about our products and services, processing orders, and troubleshooting customer concerns in a timely and accurate manner. Utilizing excellent communication and problem-solving skills, you will be a key player in delivering our mission for unbeatable customer satisfaction.

- Develop effective working relationships with customers ensuring all inquiries are handled timely and professionally
- Serve as the main point of contact to answer customer inquiries, process orders, and troubleshoot any issues or customer concerns
- Research information needed to respond customer inquiries and offer helpful suggestions or solutions
- Utilize knowledge of products to respond to customer inquiries and recommend product upgrades
- Support the customer service team by performing administrative duties and tasks as needed
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with product services
- 2 - 3 years of experience in customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service mindset and problem-solving skills
- Computer literate and proficient in using office programs
- Able to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
