Job title: Automotive Service advisor (Arabic speaking)

Job description:
Automotive service advisors greet customers, listen to their description of the problems or service needed, determine the type of service required and prepare repair orders. If a vehicle requires additional repairs not covered in the original order, they estimate the additional cost and telephone the customer for permission to do the work. They also advise customers on other available services.
Duties And Responsibilities:
Greet customers, listen to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document service requests.
Explain repair and maintenance recommendations in both
Arabic & English
.
Provide cost estimates and obtain customer approval before proceeding with services.
Coordinate with technicians and ensure timely service completion.
Keep customers informed about repair status and delivery time.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Process invoices, payments, and warranty claims.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry.
Strong understanding of vehicle systems, repairs, and maintenance procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using service management software and Microsoft Office.
