Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused

Automotive Senior Service Advisor

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acting as the liaison between customers and the service technicians, ensuring that automotive issues are accurately understood and addressed, while providing top-tier customer service and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner upon arrival. Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle symptoms. Prepare repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered during inspection. Provide cost estimates and clearly explain them to customers. Coordinate with service technicians to determine repair timelines and keep customers informed throughout the process. Recommend necessary services and maintenance based on manufacturer guidelines and customer history. Maintain customer satisfaction by providing clear communication, timely updates, and follow-up after service completion. Handle warranty claims and verify coverage as needed. Ensure all repair orders are properly closed and invoiced. Maintain knowledge of automotive products and services to effectively answer questions and provide solutions.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role. Strong customer service and communication skills. Working knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures. Ability to understand and explain technical details to non-technical customers. Proficiency with service software.. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or ASE certification a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualities:

A passion for cars and a desire to help others. Positive attitude and a strong team player. Sales experience or upselling ability is a bonus. Bilingual skills are a plus.
