Service Advisor

to join our team and serve as the key link between our customers and workshop Supervisor.

Job Summary:

The Service Advisor will greet customers, assess their service needs, and ensure a smooth and efficient repair process from start to finish. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to provide an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and listen to their concerns about their vehicles Create detailed service orders and explain repair recommendations clearly Communicate effectively between customers and the service team Provide accurate estimates of repair costs and completion times Follow up on vehicle status and keep customers informed throughout the process Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any service-related issues promptly Maintain accurate service records and documentation Promote additional services or maintenance when appropriate

Qualifications:

Arabic speaking is mandatory

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree required (automotive or related field preferred) Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role (automotive industry experience preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair terminology Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Computer literacy (experience with dealership management systems is a plus)
