Assist the Service Manager in providing detailed input for the quotations, planning, and reviews of all workshop projects.
Aid in determining work prioritization and task allocation for all workshop tasks under the guidance of the Service Manager.
Organize appointments, collections, transportation, and support for customers needing workshop services.
Manage accurate maintenance and service records, ensuring timely updates and quality documentation.
Assist in overseeing workshop operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Monitor and report field faults and non-compliances, ensuring timely resolution.
Support the scheduling of mobilisation/demobilisation equipment and service delivery provisions.
Conduct review meetings of order execution status and communicate with customers regarding progress or delays.
Ensure effective communication with workshop staff to facilitate smooth operations and accurate estimates.
Maintain security and efficiency in workshop operations, seeking continuous improvements and efficiencies.
Coordinate with sales, accounts, parts, and report to the Service Manager.
