Apt Resources is excited to announce an opening for a Service Advisor at a prestigious Luxury Classic Auto Studio in Dubai. The Service Advisor will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and coordination regarding vehicle maintenance and repairs. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about classic automobiles and possess excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, greeting and assisting them with inquiries.
• Gather vehicle information and customer concerns to accurately assess needs.
• Provide detailed explanations of service offerings and recommend appropriate services.
• Create and manage service orders, including documentation of all customer interactions.
• Coordinate with technicians to assess the condition of vehicles and recommend repairs.
• Follow up on service progress and update customers on vehicle status.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in automotive technology or business is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a service advisor in an automotive environment.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, particularly in classic vehicles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using service management software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for classic cars and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
