We are a transportation company with our own garage, currently looking for an
experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor
to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, solid technical knowledge of vehicles, and the ability to coordinate efficiently between customers and the workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and identify their vehicle concerns or service requirements.
Prepare detailed job cards and record customer complaints and requested services.
Provide technical advice, explain repairs, and discuss service options and estimated costs.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
Follow up on job progress and keep customers updated.
Conduct final vehicle inspections and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage customer feedback, warranty issues, and after-service support.
Maintain accurate service records, invoices, and customer histories.
Upsell additional maintenance or service packages where applicable.
Ensure workshop quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive role.
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, repair processes, and diagnostics.
Excellent communication and customer service skills (English required; Arabic preferred).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficiency in computer systems (service booking software, MS Office, etc.).
Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
