Automotive Service Advisor

to join our car dealership team. The ideal candidate will act as the liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring smooth communication, accurate service estimates, and timely completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Duties And Responsibilities:

Greet and receive customers professional Record customer complaints and vehicle details. Prepare job cards and open repair orders. Provide cost estimates and get approval for work. Coordinate with technicians and parts department. Handle additional work approvals if needed. Ensure quality check and vehicle cleanliness before delivery. Review invoice with customer and explain charges. Maintain accurate service records and documents. Process warranty claims properly. Follow up with customers after service. Address complaints or post-service issues. Ensure compliance with safety and company standards.

equirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in automotive or business field is a plus. 1+years of experience as a Service Advisor in Automotive industry is needed Strong knowledge of automotive systems, maintenance, and repair procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a professional and courteous attitude. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with service management software is an advantage. Valid driving license preferred.
