Service Advisors

to manage customer vehicles, ensure sales conversion, and deliver a consistently positive customer experience.

?? Role Overview



This role owns the

end-to-end service journey

for assigned customers and vehicles.

?? Key Responsibilities



Ensure sales conversion of all incoming vehicles

assigned

Coordinate service jobs, estimates, and approvals

Manage customer communication from job opening to closure

Ensure customer happiness throughout the service lifecycle



Work towards zero customer complaints through proactive handling



Manage and grow assigned

customer / vehicle portfolio



Coordinate with technicians, garages, and operations teams

Support revenue targets and service quality standards

?? Requirements



Experience as a Service Advisor preferred (automotive/service industry)

Strong communication and coordination skills

Target-oriented and customer-focused mindset

Basic CRM / system knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
