Job Title: Automobile Service Advisor
We're looking for a friendly and tech-savvy Service Advisor to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Greet and receive cars from customers
Basic technical knowledge of automobiles
Promote upselling with simple sales ideas
Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
Basic understanding of car mechanics
Good communication skills
Sales-oriented mindset
Customer service experience a plus
Salary & benefits are based on experience and will be discussed post-interview.
As an indication, salary starts from AED 2500 + transportation & accommodation allowance + attractive incentives (approx. AED 1000 to 1500 on upselling + target-based incentives). Successful candidates can earn up to 4 to 5K a month. Additional benefits include leave salary, return air tickets as per labour law.
