Job responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships.
Coordinate with the Sales Staff for Lease replacements, lease expired, new lease deliveries, lease renewals etc.
Schedule and coordinate lease replacement, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and vehicle information.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues as necessary.
Collaborate with the service team to meet department goals and objectives, actively contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
