Job Description

Job responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships. Coordinate with the Sales Staff for Lease replacements, lease expired, new lease deliveries, lease renewals etc. Schedule and coordinate lease replacement, ensuring efficient use of time and resources. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and vehicle information. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues as necessary. Collaborate with the service team to meet department goals and objectives, actively contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Desired Candidate

Available to join immediately

3+ years of experience in client & operations coordination or a similar role. Proven experience in Customer Service and vehicle leasing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external customers and other stakeholders. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
