Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused

Service Advisor

to join our automotive dealership team. As the main point of contact between customers and the service department, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer experiences, accurate diagnosis of vehicle issues, and smooth coordination between customers, technicians, and the parts department.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers, assess service needs, and provide clear explanations of required work. Prepare service estimates, recommend maintenance, and ensure parts/tools are available. Create accurate service orders and manage scheduling of appointments. Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure timely repairs. Provide regular status updates to customers during the service process. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure high satisfaction levels. Promote additional services, recalls, and promotions to customers. Review completed work, explain charges, and process payments. Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with policies/warranty guidelines.

Requirements

5-6 years of proven experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in an automotive dealership. High school diploma (required); degree/certification in automotive technology or business (preferred). Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of vehicle systems, repairs, and maintenance procedures. Ability to upsell services in a professional and customer-friendly manner. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and basic office software. Female candidates who can speak Arabic are preferred.
