Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Automobile Service Centre team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for understanding their vehicle needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and provide excellent service throughout the service process.

Vehicle Assessment:

Inspect vehicles, identify required repairs, and estimate costs.

Service Planning:

Create work orders, schedule appointments, and coordinate with technicians.

Communication:

Clearly explain service options, costs, and timelines to customers.

Issue Resolution:

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle inspections, and service history.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of automotive systems and services Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving and time management skills Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office

Preferred Qualifications:

Automotive industry experience Certification in automotive service advising or related field Strong analytical and negotiation skills

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
