, you'll be the vital link between our customers and service technicians. You will greet customers, assess their needs, and ensure that their vehicle service and repair requirements are addressed efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and schedule service appointments
Clearly explain recommended repairs and maintenance services
Prepare repair orders and communicate with technicians
Provide cost and time estimates for automotive repairs and maintenance
Follow up with customers regarding service status and satisfaction
Upsell additional products and services when appropriate
Maintain accurate customer records and service histories
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
Requirements
Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role in the automotive industry
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and services
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to explain technical information in a way customers can understand
Fluency in Arabic & English is required (speaking, reading, and writing)
