Gentlemen's Garage is looking for a customer-oriented and organized
Service Advisor
to join our automotive service team. The Service Advisor will be the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and efficient repair process from check-in to vehicle release. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of automotive services and excellent communication skills.
Greet customers professionally and understand their vehicle service or repair needs
Create and manage repair orders based on customer concerns and technician findings
Provide accurate cost estimates and explain recommended services clearly
Coordinate with mechanics to track repair progress and update customers accordingly
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and courteous manner
Ensure service records and documentation are complete and accurate
Promote additional services or maintenance based on vehicle history or inspection results
Qualifications:
At least 1-2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role (automotive experience preferred)
Basic knowledge of automotive systems and common repairs
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in using computer systems and service software (if applicable)
