customer-focused and detail-oriented Service Advisor
to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between customers and the workshop, ensuring smooth communication, accurate service documentation, and timely vehicle servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assess their service needs.
Prepare job cards and ensure accurate documentation of vehicle issues.
Coordinate with technicians to schedule and monitor vehicle repairs.
Provide repair estimates and explain service details to customers.
Follow up on vehicle status and update clients regularly.
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle service-related complaints professionally.
Maintain records of customer interactions and services performed.
Promote additional services or maintenance packages when applicable.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive role.
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and servicing processes.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using job card software or service management systems.
Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
