Roles & Responsibilities
Communicating with clients about vehicle problems
Getting cars diagnosed by technicians and updating customers accordingly
Making parts price & availability inquiry with suppliers and preparing estimates for customers
Advise customers about different car service schedules, i.e Minor Service, Major Service, & Repairs
Book customer appointments, arrange vehicle drop-offs, and vehicle pick-ups
Keep proper coordination with Floor In charge & Technicians to make sure cars are serviced as per the time agreed with customer
Always maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat and return customers
Must have valid UAE Driving license or start the process for getting license immediately after joining
