Provide accurate information on recommended services, repair options, and cost estimates.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs.
Maintain clear and open communication with customers regarding repair status and timelines.
Generate repair orders, invoices, and process payments.
Promote additional services and preventative maintenance when appropriate.
Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up and exceptional service.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using computer systems for invoicing and scheduling.
A customer-first mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
