Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with their vehicle service needs
Provide accurate cost estimates and repair timelines
Communicate effectively between customers and technicians
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
Monitor service progress and follow up on repair status
Handle daily reports, invoices, and service records
Lead and coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely service delivery
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years experience
in the
automobile service industry
Strong understanding of
vehicle repairs, diagnostics, and servicing
Excellent communication skills

Fluent in
English and Hindi
(Arabic is a plus)
Ability to handle customer queries professionally
